We were both born in 1980 and we grew up playing games on old Atari's, PC's, NES's, SNES's, Genesis's Jaguar's, 3DO's, Playstation's, N64's, Dreamcast's, PS2's Xbox's, Xbox 360's and PS3's. Oh yeah and Gameboy's and Gamegears. Anyway the point is that we have been playing games forever, and we really wanted to remake one of our favorite old Atari classics, Circus.
The old Circus Atari game was amazing. If you look at it now it looks horrid, but back when I was a kid it wasn't all about the graphics and flashy effects! We took the concept of that game and made it better.
Powerups - The old versions of this game were pretty limiting. They didn't have any powerups which I always thought was a shame. We went ahead and added some pretty awesome ones.
Better Graphics - Hand drawn cartoon like graphics, made with love here at the Dapper Studios in sunny Arizona. You can almost feel the care that went into each and every pixel.
Leaderboards- What better way to see how amazing you are than to compare yourself against everyone else playing with Apple's Game Center.
